My applied economic research primarily revolves around aspects of market power, brand development/perception, and sustainable practices, particularly in the area of food and agricultural marketing. My work utilizes a range of experimental methods — from simple surveys and sensory analysis to intricate bargaining games — and a host of econometric tools for analysis.
Through my research, educational engagement, and outreach, I hope to address real-world problems and to have a tangible, lasting impact for the University and the broader region.
